Do You offer faster delivery than ground shipping? Yes, we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select.

How is the cost of shipping calculated? Shipping charges will be calculated using UPS rates. All shipping charges are estimates and are subject to change. If actual charge is higher than estimate, you will be contacted before order is processed.

How long will my order take to ship? Custom made items can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. Non-custom items usually ship within 4 to 7 business days. For more shipping information please check the product page of the items you are purchasing. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within the normal time frame, you will be notified by email with the expected shipping date.

Where will my items be shipped from? They ship directly from the manufacturer.

Do you offer tracking information for my order? Yes, when your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.

What is your return policy? Email us at info@toys4home.com. You will be given a Return Authorization Number and instructions regarding the return of the item.

Please remember UPS cannot deliver to a PO box number.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as our preferred methods of payment. Please note: The charge on your credit card statement will be "KRM Enterprises". We will also accept checks and money orders. If you are paying by personal check, your order will be processed after your check clears. A certified check or money order will insure immediate processing of your order. We do not accept COD orders.

We can not accept debit cards at this time.

Ordering by Mail Fill out your order form and choose the payment you prefer - check or money order. Continue to allow shipping to be calculated for your total price, then print out order form and mail it along with your payment made out to:

Non-Defective Returns All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resalable condition, with all original components included, or the package will be returned to you and no refund will be given. A restocking fee may apply. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Defective Item Returns If an item is damaged in transit, please send us an email immediately at info@toys4home.com. Save all boxing and paperwork so a claim can be filed with the carrier (usually UPS). We will provide you with all return instructions to send the item back, at our expense, and we will arrange for an exact item replacement.

Non-Returnable Items All personalized items are non-returnable, unless damaged in transit. Please read all product information carefully before ordering.

For all returns; we will not accept any returned merchandise. All products must be returned to the manufacturer, after obtaining a Return Authorization Number. (See Return Policy)

We recommend you return the item via a trackable service such as parcel post with delivery confirmation or UPS and insure it. We are not responsible for lost packages. Keep a copy of any tracking numbers in case you have to contact us regarding the return. Please include a brief note to explain the reason for the return.

Warranty All products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and a re-stocking fee may apply. This warranty does not include installation costs, misuse or alterations by customer.

Refunds Refunds will be made in the same form as the payment for the purchase (ie: credit to credit card used)
